1. Registration Confirmation: Registration is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email. Delegates must present this confirmation email at the check-in counter to obtain their delegate pass. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated.

2. Payment: Payment must be made in the currency specified on the registration page. Accepted payment methods will be detailed on the conference website or registration form.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• A partial refund of 70% of the full amount will be provided for cancellations made upon confirmation of the payment.
• A partial refund of 50% of the full amount will be provided for cancellations made 2 weeks before the event.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 1 week before the event.
• Grace Period: The refund process will take at least 1 month from the date of cancellation.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to the conference organizers via email. Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined on the conference website or communicated upon registration.

4. Substitution: Should you be unable to attend the conference after registering, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Substitution requests will only be accepted before 1st September; any requests made after this date will not be entertained. Please notify the conference organizers in writing of any substitutions.

5. Program Changes: The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including but not limited to speakers, sessions, and scheduling. Registered participants will be informed of any changes in advance wherever possible.

6. Photography and Videography: By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the conference organizers in writing prior to the event.

7. Liability: The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons incurred during the conference, including but not limited to travel to and from the venue.

8. Code of Conduct: All conference participants are expected to adhere to the conference code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, and any form of inappropriate behavior. The conference organizers reserve the right to revoke the registration of any participant found to be in violation of the code of conduct, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property: All materials presented at the conference, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the respective speakers and/or the conference organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Privacy: Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and communicating information about the conference.
