With 13 years in the industry, he began in Pipeline Design before transitioning to Operations and Maintenance. Currently, he serve as the focal point for Emergency Pipeline Repair Systems (EPRS) and have been recognized for his role in inspecting SBM export pipelines. His expertise includes evaluating new repair technologies and products for Brunei Shell, and his known for his troubleshooting skills, often handling stuck pig recoveries.
Chin Yong Chen, a 2017 Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Sheffield and Shell Scholar, joined Shell in the same year. He has held roles including Asset Pipeline Maintenance Engineer, Pipeline Inspection Engineer, and currently Pipeline Integrity Engineer. His achievements include winning the Fit for Future award for pipeline repair innovations, an Asset Award for unlocking 1,300 BBL/day, and leading the qualification of the first nitrogen membrane technology at BSP. He is a recognized super user of a pipeline integrity management system and specializes in Pipeline Integrity Management, Assessment, and Pipeline Pigging.
With over 20 years of experience in pipeline integrity, specializing in corrosion control and cathodic protection. A Universitas Indonesia graduate in Metallurgy Engineering, he has developed strategies and emergency repair systems for both onshore and offshore pipelines. Known for integrating diverse technologies and providing impartial, expert consulting, Isya ensures effective and independent solutions for his clients.

David Marshall is a Pipeline Delivery Manager with over 20 years of experience in onshore, subsea, and offshore pipeline engineering and project management. He has managed major projects for leading energy companies such as Total E&P, Shell, ENI, and Qatar Energy, including the Gumusut and Malikai deepwater projects. Renowned for his leadership and cost optimization, David founded the EPRS Club, which has cut CAPEX and OPEX, generating $45 million annually. A PMP and Chartered Marine Engineer, he is an expert in pipeline integrity, IRM, EPRS, offshore installation, and subsea engineering.
Alex Hazeltine is a senior integrity engineer at ROSEN Integrity Services in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, since 2022. With a Master’s in Marine Engineering from Newcastle University, he has four years of experience in managing subsea assets in the North Sea. His current role involves supporting crack detection inspections in the Asia Pacific region and assessing pipeline cracking and fracture control for repurposed pipelines. Alex is known for his expertise in crack management, fracture mechanics, and crack detection inspection.
Aivin Yong, a seasoned product manager at KROHNE Solutions, brings over a decade of experience in the energy sector. He started with Multiphase metering in the Oil & Gas industry across Asia Pacific. Now, he drives the expansion of KROHNE's PipePatrol Pipeline Management Solutions in the region, leveraging insights from Europe, MEA, and America. His expertise includes Flow Metering, Computational Pipeline Modelling (CPM), and Pipeline Leak Detection.
Dion has over 20 years’ experience in the pipeline industry, from design, construction, pre-commissioning to inspection and maintenance. Dion holds a BE (Mechanical) from the University of Western Australia.
After graduating with a degree in Electronic Engineering,
Graeme immediately started working offshore on various
international projects including subsea positioning, site
investigations, pipeline and cable installation support and
inspections using the latest ROV and AUV technologies. Using
this experience Graeme performed various roles in the following
years including project manager, operations manager and
country manager in countries throughout the Americas before
finally spending 15 years working in Brazil as a technical sales
and business development manager.
Graeme returned to the UK in 2016 spending 5 years working
with the design and manufacture of subsea remote and
autonomous systems before finally joining Modus Subsea
Services now known as Manta.

Atika began her career as a Project Engineer in the oil and gas industry, spending three years developing her technical expertise. She then joined PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd - Sarawak Asset, managing pipeline integrity for 60 offshore and onshore pipelines over the course of ten years. In this role, Atika oversaw the installation of both conventional and unconventional pipelines and was responsible for the deployment of new technologies.

Jeppenny began her career as a Project Engineer with three years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, followed by seven years at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd-Sarawak Asset. As a Project Engineer, she manages pipeline maintenance projects from inception to completion, overseeing riser maintenance, pipeline sectional replacements, and pig trap facilities, all while focusing on cost optimisation and regulatory compliance. She has deployed new technologies, such as Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs), in PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd - Sarawak Asset's Miri waters to inspect nearshore pipelines with minimal vessel intervention.

He led the development of i-PIMS, a digital tool that is now widely used within PETRONAS and other Malaysian operators, earning the 2021 Malaysia Technology Excellence Award and the 2022 Asian Experience Award. Shahrustami is also an expert in Pipeline Integrity Management Systems, Fitness for Service, and Magnetic Tomographic Inspection.

Melissa has over 10 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, specializing in Asset Integrity Engineering and Pipeline Engineering, with a focus on integrity assessment, inspection, management, and process safety management (PSM). In 2023, she was a key member of the PETRONAS Flexible Pipeline Assurance (PEFPA) team, where she contributed to developing flexible pipeline integrity assessment methodologies and guidelines (PTG), as well as the flexible pipeline Integrity Performance Improvement Management System (i-PIMS). Melissa has also explored and deployed innovative integrity and maintenance (I&M) technologies and shared her expertise at various platforms, including presenting on flexible pipeline repair techniques at the PiCOP conference in 2024.

Gladys then expanded her expertise as a Pipeline Integrity and Maintenance (I&M) Engineer, leading I&M execution for both onshore and offshore operations.

With twelve years of experience in pipeline inspection, maintenance, repair, project management, and abandonment activities, he has been involved in various projects, including carbon steel pipeline installation, non-metallic pipeline installation, in-field lining installation, flexible pipeline installation, pipeline isolation, in-line inspection, CPROV, pipeline sectional replacement, and hydrotesting. Adnin has also experience in conducting risk assessments to identify hazards and risks, enabling safe work execution.
